Pick List not Generating

• Software/Firmware Version (if applicable): Enterprise

🔹 Problem Description:
• When a tray is placed in the enclosure and being restocked, the pick list will not generate. Along with the par quantity override and discrepant items lists also not generating.

🔸 Common Symptoms:
• Pick list will not generate when a tray is being scanned to restock
________________________________________
🔹 Common Causes:
• There is an item within the tray that is not yet received within the system.
________________________________________
🔸 Common Resolutions / Troubleshooting Steps:
1. Leave the tray in the enclosure and scan with “Verify Items” to find the item that has not been received within the tray.
2. User can replace that item with one that is already received and approved within the system.

• Issue persists after all troubleshooting steps have been attempted.
