Why you might see a Windows 500 error after clicking on Manage Users?

Mira Prep: 500 error occurs when clicking on Manage Users

Description
**This bug was found internally, but it impacts users in production. To date, no client has reported seeing this issue**
Current: In the Admin tool, if the client is missing a value in the Time Zone field, it will cause a user to encounter a 500 error when clicking on “Manage Users” in their portal. 
 
 
 
 
Expected: The Time Zone field should not be empty in the admin tool for a client. The user should not encounter a 500 error when clicking on “Manage Users.” 
Repro Steps:
1.    Find a client in the admin tool that has an empty value for the Time Zone field
2.    Log into that client’s portal 
3.    Click on the gear icon and select Manage Users
a.    Expected: no 500 error
b.    Current: 500 error 
 
Note:
•    The missing time zone field is caused by clients being created a long time ago when an old time zone library was used.
