How do I install Beyond Trust on a client device?

Downloading BeyondTrust
1. Have a member of staff, usually the pharmacy director or superuser, manually begin a remote session using the portal at support.ig.solutions .
2. A download will begin on their clients end. Have them launch this download.
3. When they are in the portal have them click onto your name. This will initiate the new session.
4. On the top of the right column in the left corner, click the “Shield” icon. This will elevate permissions so you will not have to enter in the admin password later.
5. Then choose the “Pin” icon, this will be on the same line as the shield but on the right corner. This will begin the download for BeyondTrust onto their computer
